SPEED UP UR MOZILLA FIREFOX AND NETSCAPE

Thumbnail example

1. Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit return. Scroll down and look for the following entries: A: network.http.pipelining
B:network.http.proxy.pipelining
C:network.http.pipelining.maxrequests
Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipelining it will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.
2. Alter the entries as follows: Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true" Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true" Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 36. This means it will make 36 requests at once.
3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it recieves. If you're using a brodband connection you'll load pages 2-25 times faster now.

Speed up your internet explorer

To be compliant to the standard, Internet Explorer limits the number of connections to one web server. Depending on the type of server, the number of connections is limited to 2 or 4.
This tweak removes this limit. Note that your browser will no longer be compliant. But it will be lots faster.
The tweak
Go to the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
Look for the following values:
MaxConnectionsPerServer
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
If they don't exist, create them as DWORD values.
Set these values to the number of simultaneous connections you want to allow. A good value is 50.
Download reg file
This reg file does the work for you
